Today is National Relaxation Day. We all lead busy lives. Work, school, kids, pets, chores, projects, and more. Too often we do not slow down and allow ourselves quiet time. Time to pause and reflect. Time to simply chill out. If you are truly focused and committed, meditation.
I recommend the "Cat Relaxation Plan". It's simple. Just be like a cat. Most of their time is spent sleeping, lounging, and chilling out. Just looking at a sleeping cat can lower your blood pressure.
