Action next door

The stalled construction site next door to our building had some action this morning. Rumor has it a 12 story condo building is going up! This will be a nice addition to the neighborhood once it's complete. Much better than litter and the homeless people camping out. Slowly but surely El Barrio is becoming the next up and coming neighborhood.

Maiden voyage to the new Target in East Harlem, a success. The shelves were actually stocked!

El Barrio, the up and coming neighborhood?

A recent article in the WSJ discusses our neighborhood. I guess purchasing a condo here was a good idea after all. I am excited for the Target in East River Plaza to open next week! Now, we need to get out more and explore El Barrio!
