This has been, and continues to be the most stressful process in purchasing a home. I send documents, they can't find them so I have to re-send. Do we need flood insurance? No, the insurance is all taken care of. Will we close on Wednesday? They have yet to here back form the IRS on our 4506-T form. What the hell, we sent them copies of our last two years of tax documents. How about a blood sample, or finger print. DNA? UGH! How do we coordinate moving when we do not have a confirmed closing date?
When are we going to paint, install closets, and window treatments? Packing? Who knows. I simply can not wait for this to be over and life is back to being routine and boring.
