Soup for you!

Cooler weather brings cravings for warm soups and stews. I recently made this chickpea and vegetable soup. Curry and orange zest gives it a zing. Peas, carrots, zucchini, yellow squash and green beans create great flavors. I served it with these!

Hearty, toasted bread, with mushrooms and gruyère. The mushrooms are sautéed in olive oil with garlic, rosemary, and thyme. Broil to golden brown, and bubbly hot! Amazingly flavorful!

I'm excited for leftovers tonight. What's your favorite soup or stew recipe?

My favorite soup is Lobster Bisque. Having never tried making it myself though. One of my favorites to make at home is Stuffed Pepper Soup. I don't eat beef, so I use Quorn in place of the beef in the recipe.
