My new addiction




Seltzer meet Pom. This has been my drink of choice lately. Very few calories, and little to no sugar. It's like soda, but not bad for you. Don't get me wrong. I like an icy cold Coca-Cola now and then, but we drink too many liquid calories in the U.S., and thus the obesity rate is way up.



Water is the best way to stay hydrated, but a glass of water doesn't always cut it. I need fizz and a splash of color and flavor. What's your thirst quencher of choice?
