The shades arrived. Well, most of them. We are still waiting on one for the living room. The Shade Shade Store states "custom shades ready in 10 days!", well it's been 8 weeks. I guess the fabric was on back order, which I can understand working in the world of custom furniture. Craig and I have been very patient. It is amazing how much better you sleep in a dark room. And now, if we choose, we can lower them during the day in so that we do not have to wear sunglasses inside. Go figure, someone in New York complaining their apartment has too much sun light?!
