So, it's been too long. Facebook, you evil time succubus. Oh well. Craig and I are in the process of pre-approval for a mortgage. Hopefully, we will be able to make an offer on a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, southern exposure, balcony, and washer and dryer condo. It is in a new building still under construction, Conrad.. The pre-approval process seems to be taking weeks, but we are on the home stretch. There are several units we are interested in. The building is in East Harlem, aka, Spanish Harlem. I better brush up on my Spanish. The area is gentrifying, and is also know as the upper, upper East Side. There will be a huge Target, the first in Manhattan, only a few short blocks away.
